No. Jamie has done this for 6+ years with no license, and so have his students. Note: wholesaling and contract-assignment rules vary by state and change over time — we'll point you to the right questions, and you should confirm your state's current rules with a local attorney.
Some, not tons. Jamie started with about $10k. You'll need a marketing budget or the hustle to source funding — and the Skin-in-the-Game tier exists to keep the cash barrier low.
The program is built to get you to a first five-figure deal inside 100 days. Some students close in 60; some take longer. About half of Jamie's students get there — the honest number, not a guarantee.
