Do I need a real estate license?

No. Jamie has done this for 6+ years with no license, and so have his students. Note: wholesaling and contract-assignment rules vary by state and change over time — we'll point you to the right questions, and you should confirm your state's current rules with a local attorney.

Do I need a lot of money?

Some, not tons. Jamie started with about $10k. You'll need a marketing budget or the hustle to source funding — and the Skin-in-the-Game tier exists to keep the cash barrier low.

How fast will I close a deal?

The program is built to get you to a first five-figure deal inside 100 days. Some students close in 60; some take longer. About half of Jamie's students get there — the honest number, not a guarantee.

What actually makes deals happen?

Picking up the phone. Jamie's own data shows willingness to call is the single biggest predictor of who succeeds. The whole program is engineered to make that non-negotiable.

Is this passive income?

No. It's a skill and a business. If you want hands-off, this isn't it. If you'll do the work, it's one of the fastest paths to a five-figure real estate check.
